Sure Thermal hand warmers can provide around 45 minutes of gentle warmth when used in a glove, mitten or pocket.
The pad is activated by bending/flexing the metal disc within the pack which activates the gel.
The hand warmers can be reactivated by boiling in a saucepan for 15 minutes.
Gel is non-toxic sodium acetate and water.
