Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a Store Credit/Replacement/Refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  All returned items must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.  The P&P costs on the original order will only refunded if the goods ordered are incorrect or a defective item. 
We can not accept claims of faulty Items were there has been damaged caused by the customer, in this case the product will be returned to the customer without refund/replacement/store credit.

Postage Refunds - Please be aware that postage upgrades are non-refundable ie. if you upgrade from Free P&P to Special Delivery or a courier serivce then that charge is non-refundable.

Sterile Products - All Sterile products once the seal has been broken are unable to be returned

Damaged Returns - Please be aware we reserve the right to deduct a fee for any item returned damaged/dirty etc

You can expect to receive your refund within one week of your package arriving back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. (ie. aerosols can not be sent via Air Mail)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Urgent Requirements

If you require your order urgently and wish to use a Priority Shipping Service ie Special Delivery we do not normally Guarantee Same Day DIspatch but will do all we can to dispatch as soon as is possible.  Normal cut off time for dispatch is 3pm every normal working day (Excluding Bank Holidays & Weekends)  If you need anything urgently it would be best checking by giving us a call if we can dispatch the items the same day, please give us a call and we'll do all we can to help - Telephone +44 (0)28 7135 8785 (Normal Office Hours)
