• To cool down, simply place in your freezer and allow to cool – normally charged in only 2 hours!
• To heat up, place the pack in a microwave for 20 seconds and then check – if it requires more heat, follow up with 10 second bursts until warm
• Suitable for treating both acute (cold therapy) and chronic (heat therapy) injuries
• Lasts longer than our instant heat and cold packs
• Please note that packs will be firm if frozen, however they will quickly soften when in use

Usage Advice:

• Never place pack directly onto the skin as extreme temperatures can cause burns
• Always wrap pack in a cloth or protective sleeve before use. Always use under adult supervision
• Keep out of the reach of children. If you are affected by circulatory problems seek medical advice before use
• Cease use if pack causes any discomfort
• If the pack is punctured or opened and the solution is accidently swallowed, drink plenty of water
• If solution contacts eyes, wash out thoroughly with water. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health
